Yoga on the Beach

Classes will start June 30th and run 10 weeks. Tuesday and Friday Beach Yoga, Saturday Stand Up Paddle Yoga. All classes at 10am Core on the board is Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. Check out the yogapaddler website for additional details and to book your classes.
CEDAROMA LODGE RESORT GUESTS: get Beach Yoga for $10 a class and SUP Yoga or SUP Core for $15 per class.
